Cherie Snyder is passionate about the human process of inquiry, integration, and flourishing as embodied spiritual beings under the Lordship of Jesus of Nazareth. 

At Deeply Rooted, she combines her professional training as a trauma-informed mindfulness and yoga instructor and as a member of the Wild at Heart Women's Team with her personal commitment of discipleship to Jesus as her Deliverer and the Liberating King of the unseen heavens and divinely cherished earth. 

Born and raised in a midwestern college town, Cherie has made her home in Colorado Springs since 2000 with her husband and life-partner, Morgan. She loves to listen, reflect, connect, learn, imagine, eat, change, care, grow, create, move,  play, explore, and relish the sacred gift of our embodied lives in this beautiful, fragile, sacred world.
